The AirPac! is an important part of the ALT Induction Program and a core resource and reference for your business throughout its existence.

The AirPac! gives you access to vital tools, information and processes needed for the day-to-day operations of your studio, all with a purpose of expanding and enhancing your general knowledge of the business and improving your management and leadership skills within your team.

For easy navigation, we have created the following five folders within the AirPac!: 

1. Front Desk (day-to-day information sheets and operational forms)
2. Human Resources (staff recruitment, employment information, job descriptions and other legal statutory documents for staff)  
3. Member Management (how-to's on customer service, customer experience and retention and more)
4. Partner Suppliers (your Air Locker Training partner supplier details)
5. Studio Set Up & Pre-Launch (leasing & negotiating guidelines, pre-sale handbook & guides, branding, signage, equipment manuals and more)

The Operations Manual is a comprehensive document that runs through specific details of how to manage and operate all areas of your ALT franchise business through practical explanations and day-to-day operational tasks. It is highly recommended that you digest the contents of the Operations Manual FIRST, as this document references and highlights the general content of the AirPac! giving you a better understanding of all the resources. 

Each franchise has their own access to the AirPac!, which will be provided after the webinar.
