Welcome to the Air Locker Training and the Learning Management System (LMS).

Designed specifically to improve the groups onboarding efficiency, the ALT LMS will look to ensure compliance and standardise knowledge across our entire network, not just for the franchise owners, but also their staff (including Coaches).

The LMS will let us:-
- Create intuitive training materials from videos, powerpoint and web pages
- Have a healthy competition with gamification techniques using points and badges
- Engage learners throughout the onboarding process using quizzes and questionnaires
- Create and track different levels of assessment, tests and evaluation criteria
- Award certificates of compliance and completion
- Track, checklist and measure training progress and results (franchisor-franchisee and franchisee-staff)
